ABOUT

I have been in the fitness industry for 32 years. I have been personal training for 18 years. I can help you reach your fitness goals. I specialize in joint and muscle strength, balance, and mobility. 

The biggest obstacle most of my clients run into is the limitations that come from acute or chronic pain. It is hard to stay on track with your fitness plans when you are hurting. I have been there over and over again and I was tired of chasing that pain. So I decided to learn how to address the root cause of pain.

I focus on relieving discomfort through movement based therapies. This involves postural alignment exercises to correct imbalances and promote overall well being. My job is to empower my clients to improve their movement patterns and reduce pain through targeted exercises and lifestyle adjustments.
